What if my Quell order is wrong?
Call 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST, with your order number. An order that arrives incorrect is replaced at no charge if you contact us within 30 days.
Check it against the confirmation
Your confirmation email lists exactly what was ordered and paid for. Compare the package with it before calling, so you can say what is missing or different.
Remember the default
The buy panel starts at two bottles. If you meant to order one and two arrived, look at the confirmation email: it shows the quantity that was paid for. If it says two, that is what was ordered, and the unopened extra can be refunded within 30 days of delivery, without sending it back.
If the confirmation itself looks wrong
If the confirmation email shows a quantity or an address you didn’t choose, say so when you call. It is the record of what was paid for, so raise a mistake there whether or not the package has arrived.
Keep everything for now
Hold on to the package and its contents until it is resolved, and leave any extra bottles sealed.
