Order questions vs. medical questions
Questions about an order, or about what is on the label, come to us. Questions about your eyes go to your doctor or pharmacist. Emergencies go to emergency care.
Ask us about
- Tracking, delivery and damaged packages.
- Refunds on unopened bottles.
- What the label says, the ingredients, and storage.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist about
- Whether Quell suits you.
- Using it with contact lenses or other eye drops, or for a child. The label doesn’t cover these.
- Symptoms that haven’t settled.
When to stop and get advice
The label is explicit: Stop use and ask a doctor if you feel eye pain or changes in your vision, if irritation or redness continues, or if the condition worsens or persists for 72 hours.
When it is urgent
This site doesn’t provide medical advice. If you have sudden vision loss, eye pain or an eye injury, seek emergency care immediately; for a medical emergency, call your local emergency number, not us.
Our line is 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST. More on symptoms in eye symptoms that need a doctor.
