What to do if your Quell order arrives damaged
Contact us within 30 days and it will be replaced at no charge. Call 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST, with your order number.
Set a damaged bottle aside
If a bottle is cracked or leaking, do not use it. The label’s handling rule — Do not touch tip of bottle to any surface to avoid contamination — is there to keep the solution clean, and a damaged bottle can’t be relied on to have stayed that way. A replacement costs you nothing.
What helps when you call
- The order number from your confirmation email.
- What is damaged: the outer box, the carton, or the bottle itself.
- A photo, taken before you throw any packaging away.
Wrong items, or a broken seal
The same rule covers an order that arrives incorrect, or with a broken tamper seal. Broken tamper seal and if your order is wrong cover those.
Look soon after it arrives
The window is 30 days, so open the package and check it shortly after delivery, not when you first reach for a spare.
