What if the tamper seal is broken?

Why the seal matters
A seal shows that a product hasn’t been opened since it was packed. Once it is broken, there is no way to tell what happened to the bottle on the way, which is why the terms put it in the same category as damage.
Check before the first dose
Look at the seal when the package arrives, not weeks later when you reach for a spare. Every bottle in the order deserves a glance.
Until it is resolved
Keep the bottle and its packaging until you have spoken to us. There is no reason to use it in the meantime, since the replacement costs nothing.
If only the outer box is damaged
A dented shipping box with every seal intact is a different question. If the carton or the bottle itself is affected, see damaged orders.
