Tracking says delivered, but no package?

Look around before anything else: porches, side doors, mailrooms, package lockers, and the neighbors. Carriers occasionally mark a package delivered shortly before it turns up, so give it until the end of the day as well. Packages left out of sight are easy to miss.

Check the address

Your confirmation email shows the address the order went to. If there is a mistake in it, that is the likely explanation.

Contact the carrier

The tracking link in your shipping email goes to the carrier’s own page, which usually has delivery details and a way to raise a query about a missing package.

What the terms say

The terms say that risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide, and that the shop isn’t responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address. That is why the carrier is the first call when tracking says a package arrived and it hasn’t.
