Why shipping is charged once per order

Because it is calculated on the order’s subtotal, not on each bottle or each line in the cart. Two bottles in one order share a single $10.00 charge; 3 or more pay nothing.

One order, not two

Place two separate one-bottle orders and each is charged shipping. Put both bottles in one order and the charge is shared between them.

The same goes for adding to an order you have already placed. Each checkout is its own order, so bottles bought later pay their own shipping, unless that new order reaches 3 bottles by itself.

The same figure everywhere

Checkout charges shipping on the whole basket, and the cart, the payment page and the confirmation email all show that same figure, so what you see is what you pay.

Where the free threshold comes from

Free shipping starts at $89.00 of bottles, which at the current price is 3 bottles. How to get free shipping explains why it is described in bottles.

The saving you see

The cart shows how much less your order costs than the same bottles bought one at a time. All of that difference is shipping, shared or waived.
