What your Quell order status means
Look an order up on the track your order page and it shows one of four statuses, each with a line explaining it. Below is what each one means in practice.
Awaiting payment
The order exists but the payment hasn’t been confirmed yet. If you have just paid, give it a moment and refresh; confirmation can take a little time to come through. If you closed the payment page without finishing, nothing was charged.
Paid — preparing
Payment has been received and the order is being prepared in Brentwood. This is the status that matches your confirmation email. The next change is to Shipped.
Shipped
The package is on its way. The shipping email has the tracking number and, for the carriers the shop links to, a link to follow it on the carrier’s own page.
Canceled
The order won’t be filled. The page says: you were not charged, or you were refunded. If you didn’t expect to see this, call 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST.
Status not changing?
Orders sit at Paid while they are being packed, and the site doesn’t promise a ship date. If it has been longer than you expected, call with your order number and we will look.
