How much is shipping on Quell?

A flat $10.00 on orders under 3 bottles, and free on 3 or more — in other words, on orders of $89.00 and up. There is no other rule. It doesn’t change with your state, your city or the size of the package.

Where you see it

The buy panel shows the delivered price for any quantity you choose, and the cart has its own shipping line before you go to pay. The confirmation email repeats it, and reads “Free” when nothing was charged.

Charged once per order

Shipping is worked out on the order as a whole, not per bottle, so two bottles in one order pay one charge. Why shipping is charged once explains.

Where it goes

Anywhere in the United States, shipped from Brentwood, Tennessee. The site doesn’t ship outside the U.S.

What it doesn’t include

A delivery date. The site doesn’t promise one, and the terms describe delivery estimates as estimates only. Every shipped order gets an email, with tracking where a number is available.

Shipping is also not refunded if you change your mind about an unopened bottle; the refund covers the product price, and there is nothing to send back.
