Where does Quell ship from?
Brentwood, Tennessee. That is where Aurora Pharmaceuticals, LLC, the company that sells Quell, is based, and orders are packed and shipped from there.
The same from everywhere
Whether you are in Tennessee or across the country, the price and the shipping charge are the same: $10.00 below 3 bottles, free at 3 or more. There is no regional pricing and no local warehouse.
Delivery time
Distance from Brentwood affects how long a package takes, but the site doesn’t publish delivery windows for any destination. The shipping email arrives when your package leaves, with tracking where available.
Because no date is promised, it pays to order before you run out, and a little earlier still if you live a long way from Tennessee.
The address on the carton
The carton and the site’s footer show the company’s mailing address: 330 Franklin Road, Suite 135A, #117, Brentwood, TN 37027, USA. Nothing there is a shop you can walk into.
Where is my order?
Look it up on the track your order page with your order number and email, or call 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST.
