Refunds on unopened bottles of Quell
Call 615.465.6041, M–F 9AM–5PM CST, with your order number, and say which unopened bottles you no longer want. If it is within 30 days of delivery, the product price is refunded. You don’t need to mail anything back.
Have this ready
- The order number, from your confirmation email.
- How many bottles you want refunded.
- That they are unopened.
What is refunded
The product price of those bottles. Original shipping isn’t refunded. What is refunded sets out each case side by side.
When the clock starts
The 30 days count from delivery, not from the day you ordered, so a package that took a while to arrive doesn’t eat into your time to decide.
What to do with the bottle
It is yours to keep. It can’t go back on sale, because nobody can confirm how it was stored once it left the shop, which is exactly why you aren’t asked to send it.
Not a refund: a replacement
If what you received was damaged, incorrect, or had a broken tamper seal, it is replaced at no charge instead, if you report it within 30 days. Mention it when you call.
