Eye drops shipped in hot or cold weather

Bring the package inside promptly, let the bottle come to room temperature, and look at it before use. Quell’s label gives a storage range — Store between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) — and a package left on a hot porch or a frozen step can spend a while outside it.

What to look at

The color. Product appears as a milky brown solution, and that is normal. The Do not use line reads: If this product changes color. Compare it with the appearance described on the Drug Facts page, and if it looks different, do not use it; call 615.465.6041 instead.

Timing an order

If you will be away, or the weather is extreme, try to order so the package arrives when someone is home to bring it in. The site doesn’t publish delivery dates, but the shipping email tells you when it has left, and the tracking link shows its progress.

A damaged package

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a broken tamper seal, contact us within 30 days and it is replaced at no charge.
