Can you return eye drops?

If it is unopened, you get your money back and don’t have to send anything. Change your mind about an unopened bottle of Quell within 30 days of delivery and the product price is refunded. Opened bottles aren’t refundable.

• Get in touch within 30 days of delivery.
• The product price is refunded. Original shipping isn’t.
• Nothing needs to be mailed back.

Why you keep the bottle

A bottle that has left the shop can’t be confirmed to have been stored as its label requires, so it could never be sold again, sealed or not. Asking you to mail it back would cost you time and cost the shop postage, all to collect something that would be thrown away.

Why opened bottles are excluded

For health and safety reasons, opened eye drops can’t be refunded, returned or resold. Why opened eye drops can’t be returned goes into it.

Damaged, wrong, or with a broken seal

That is a separate rule. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken tamper seal, contact us within 30 days and it is replaced at no charge.
