Why is it called Quell?

To quell something is to quiet it or bring it under control. The tagline on the carton makes the same point in three words: Quiet the Storm. It is a short, everyday English word, which also makes it easy to say and to search for.

The tagline and the slogan

Quiet the Storm is the tagline. The slogan, give your dry eye the bird, comes from emu oil, one of the formula’s natural ingredients. The slogan, explained tells that story.
