Buying eye drops online vs. in a store

The drop is the same; what surrounds it is different. Online you can read the whole label at leisure before buying, but you wait for delivery and sort out refunds or problems by phone. Quell is sold online and shipped to you, so this is the route for it.

You read the label first, not in an aisle

In a store you read the box standing up. Online, a listing should show the full Drug Facts panel before you pay, and Quell’s is on the Drug Facts page word for word. Take your time with it. That is the advantage of buying this way.

There is no counter to ask at

For Quell there is no pharmacy counter and no prescription: it is ordered here and shipped to you. That also means no pharmacist at the point of sale, so if you want to know whether it suits you, ask your own pharmacist or eye doctor before ordering.

Delivery instead of pickup

Orders go out from Brentwood, Tennessee, and shipping is a flat $10.00 unless you order 3 or more. There is no delivery promise, so order before you run out, not on the day you do.

Returns work differently

Change your mind about an unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery and it is refunded without being sent back; opened ones aren’t refundable. A package that arrives damaged is replaced at no charge if you report it within the same window.
